Colin Biddle - Monmouth Acupuncture
Colin trained in massage and gained a Diploma in Osteopathy while training with the Traditional Acupuncture Society and the Journal of Chinese Medicine. He gained a Certificate of Clinical Practice from Nanjing University (China) in 1993. He also holds qualifications in cranio-sacral therapy and Sports Medicine. Following his B.Sc. in Chemistry and Bacteriology from Edinburgh University in 1968 he worked as a research immunologist and bacteriologist at The London Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary. He has been a lecturer in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology for the B.A. (Hons) course at the College of Traditional Acupuncture/Oxford Brookes University. He has had a practice in complementary medicine for over 30 years.
He has worked for over 2 years at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London as a volunteer. Manipulation focuses on the musculo-skeletal system - bones, joints, soft tissues - in order to re-establish normal function. It is a non-invasive approach releasing tension and often brings about instant relief from troublesome symptoms including pain. |
